Plaintiffs say defendants have since moved the location of the boat club, sold assets without consulting or obtaining approval of plaintiffs, have failed to continue to provide plaintiffs’ “admin access” to a database of the boat club, and have defaulted on payments. Plaintiffs seek judgment of $150,132.15.
