Plaintiff says when she tried to prevent him from removing company property and tried to stop his car from leaving, her hand became entangled in the car, and instead of stopping, he drove off dragging her behind the car. Plaintiff alleges assault and battery, unjust enrichment, conspiracy and fraud and seeks compensatory damages of $713,505.71, trebled, and punitive, $250,000.
