#1 Olga PropCo purchased 57 acres at Airport Drive and I-895 in Henrico for $4 million from Olga Sauer Property. Ben Bruni with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the buyer.

#2 Panera LLC purchased an acre on Courthouse Road at Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield for $1.4 million from Courthouse Landing VA LLC. Connie Jordan Nielsen with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the buyer.

#3 Kinney Properties purchased 8,696 square feet at 2442 New Dorset Circle in Powhatan for $1.1 million. Ken Campbell with One South Commercial represented the seller.

TOP THREE LEASES

#1 Spivey Service Corp. leased 16,000 square feet at 11924 Old Stage Road in Chesterfield. Frank Hargrove with Colliers represented the tenant.
