#2 HAAS PO LLC purchased 93.599 acres at 6200 Monahan Road in Henrico for $9 million from International Real Estate Development. Ben Bruni with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the buyer.

#3 Estate of Gloria M. Sydnor sold 28,000 square feet at 10987 Richardson Road in Hanover for $3.325 million to Ogburn LLC. Kevin Cox with Porter Realty represented the seller.
