Systems And Methods For Correlating Probability Models With Non-homogenous Time Dependencies To Generate Time-specific Data Processing Predictions
Patent No. 12367080
Methods and systems use an additional determination to generate predictions of future data processing load predictions. Specifically, the methods and systems generate additional predictions based on other data sets and data calculation methodologies (e.g., data with non-homogeneous time dependencies). The methods and systems then use these additional predictions to determine whether or not the prediction of the real-time average of data processing loads is an outlier. Thus, the methods and systems generate a time-specific data processing prediction.

System And Method For Detecting Fraudulent Bank Transaction
Patent No. 12367493
A system for detecting a fraudulent ATM transaction is disclosed. The system relates to an ATM machine that receives a bank/ATM card from a customer. The ATM first attempts to read information from the card chip, but is unable to do so due to a read error. The ATM then instead reads the information from the magnetic strip, and initiates a fraud detection procedure. In one such procedure, the ATM uses a local wireless access point to detect a customer’s device, such as a phone, in the vicinity of the ATM. In another such procedure, the ATM communicates with a backend server. The backend server then determines the location of the customer device either by transmitting a message to request authorization, or by utilizing GPS or other location-detection means on the customer device to determine whether the customer device is within the ATM vicinity.

Techniques For Mitigating NIC KTLS Denial-of-service Attacks
Patent No. 12375462
In various embodiments, a kernel uses a NIC to transmit encrypted data over TCP connections. The kernel causes the NIC to encrypt first data to generate a first transmission control protocol (TCP) packet in accordance with a hardware-based transport layer security (TLS) offload mode. The kernel computes a first re-transmission statistic in response to the first TCP packet failing to reach a first device over a first TCP connection; the kernel assigns the first TCP connection to a software-based TLS offload mode instead of the hardware-based TLS offload mode based on the first re-transmission statistic. Subsequently, the kernel encrypts second data to generate a second TCP packet in accordance with the software-based TLS offload mode, the kernel then causes the NIC to transmit the second TCP packet to the first device over the first TCP connection.

Interactive Conversation Assistance Using Semantic Search And Generative AI
Patent No. 12373473
A method of generating content in association with an information search and retrieval system. It begins by receiving a query from a user. The query is semantically-searched to identify a context. A conversation history between the user and the system is identified. An enriched query is then generated by associating to the query both the context and at least a portion of the conversation history. The enriched query is then evaluated/processed by a generative-AI. In response, information associated with the enriched query is received from the generative-AI. A response to the query is then generated using the information, e.g., by passing the information back to the user, by modifying (e.g., editing or supplementing) the information to generate modified information and passing the modified information back to the user, or by dismissing the information. If sensitive information is identified in the utterance, it is masked prior to generating the enriched query.

System And Method For Multi-factor Authentication
Patent No. 12375489
A system and method for authentication a user attempting access to a service is disclosed herein. When a user attempts to gain access, a client associated with the user generates a unique authentication code that is stored at a callback server associated with the client. The user accesses an authentication server associated with the service and provides the authentication server with standard login credentials. The authentication server also obtains the authentication code from the user. If the authentication server successfully verifies the user’s credentials, then the authentication server transmits a code validation request to the callback server to validate the authentication code. The callback server verifies that the received code matches a stored code and is current, and then issues a reply message to the authentication server. The authentication server grants or denies the user’s access request based on the reply.

Systems And Methods For Securely Generating And Printing A Document
Patent No. 12373818
Systems and methods for securely generating and printing documents are disclosed. For example, processor(s) of a computer system may receive information for the document from a computing device through a network, verify the information for the document, and upon verification, generate document generation data using at least a portion of the information for the document. The document generation data may include document metadata that enables generation of an image of the document and/or the image of the document. Upon the processor(s) verifying first authentication information of a first code associated with a printing device received from the computing device through the network and second authentication information of a second code associated with the computing device received from the printing device through the network, the processor(s) may transmit the document generation data to the printing device through the network, and cause the printing device to print the image of the document.

Method And System For Digital Identity And Transaction Verification
Patent No. 12373533
Methods of determining whether to trust an entity before sharing information with the entity, as well as methods of verifying whether to trust information received from an entity, are disclosed. In the processes, two entities, referred to as a holder and a verifier, desire to engage in an exchange of digital information. Before the holder will share information with the verifier, the holder will determine whether the verifier is a trusted entity. Before the verifier trusts information that it receives from the holder, it will examine a proof that it received from the holder to determine whether the proof includes information from or about a trusted third party referred to as an issuer. Information from an identity authority may be used in each of these verification steps.

Systems And Methods For Variable-length Encoding And Decoding For Enhancing Computer Systems
Patent No. 12375477
A method for variable length decoding, the method including: receiving, in a default word length mode, at least one first data word having a default first word length; combining the received at least one first data word as a first portion of data; receiving, after the at least one first data word, a transition word indicative of transitioning to a variable word length mode; receiving, after the transition word, a first word length word indicative of a second word length; receiving, after the first word length word, at least one second data word having the second word length; and combining the received at least one second data word as a second portion of the data.

Augmented Data For Security During Record Updates
Patent No. 12373589
A method and related system may analyze metadata associated with a first set of transactions to determine whether to perform a second set of transactions. The method and related system may include determining a data category based on first device-provided data of a first database transaction indicating a first record associated with a second record, and may further include obtaining, based on whether the data category satisfies a first set of criteria, an identifier and an amount based on image data using a prediction model. The method may further include querying a database based on the identifier to obtain an indication that the identifier is mapped to an object category, validating the amount based on a result indicating whether the object category satisfies a second set of criteria, and causing a second transaction that changes fields of the first and second records.

System And Method For Restoration Of A Power System
Patent No. 12374887
A method for controlling power restoration of a power grid is disclosed. The method includes setting initial conditions on the power grid based on a combined model of the power grid, setting the initial conditions including at least one of controlling a plurality of field components of the power grid or sending information for controlling the plurality of field components, wherein controlling the plurality of field components includes opening a plurality of breakers, and performing a first iterative process including: performing a balancing operation that includes determining if a frequency of a black start generator of the power grid meets generator criteria, determining if a voltage of a generator voltage bus of the power grid meets bus criteria, or determining if an MW of an isochronous generator of the power grid meets MW criteria.

System And Method For Supporting Workers And Material On A Sloped Roof
Patent No. 12371912
A roof scaffolding support system comprises two ridge hooks, two cables, and two roof jacks. Each ridge hook comprises a generally J-shaped bar and a cross-bar at a distal end and perpendicular to the J-shaped bar. Each cable comprises a main flexible portion and a plurality of spaced-apart nodules on the main flexible portion that are larger than the main flexible portion. The base of each roof jack defines a slot having an open end for selectively receiving one of the cables to selectively secure the base to its corresponding cable. The slot has a width that is (a) greater than the main flexible portions of the cables and (b) less than the nodules such that the main flexible portion of each cable can pass through the slot of its corresponding base but the nodules of each cable cannot pass through the slot of its corresponding base.
